Refund policy
Products may not be returned or exchanged, unless the customer has been supplied a defective or damaged product. Clear images are to be provided detailing the defect / damage and addressed to info@smithhouseoftea.co.za, along with the batch code and delivery date of product. Items returned, without first requesting a retrurn and following the above-mentioned process will not be accepted. Valid return requests will be processed, and product will be replaced / refunded.

If your return is assessed and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No cash refunds will be made for products purchased from the webite.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@smithhouseoftea.co.za.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
