Courier: A standard shipping rate for local South African orders is included at checkout, to the value of R99. Shipping times vary based on the courier and location, with major centre's within SA receiving orders within 3 business days and outlying areas receiving orders within 5 business days. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to Smith House of Tea at info@smithhouseoftea.co.za within 24 hours of the order being placed, to avoid any delays.
Click & Collect: Customers based in Cape Town and who are happy to collect can select the 'Click to Collect' button when the order is being finalised at checkout and can collect from our studio in Gardens. Customers collecting will be notified via email when their order is ready to collect, within normal working hours. This is usually between 2 - 4 days after the order was placed online.
